Carl wins the Carpenter of the Year award for putting up with Carisa's never ending bitching. How he has managed not to kill her yet is an amazing feat. He has the patience of a saint and the skills of a master craftsman. He has deserved his place in the Carpenters Hall of Fame.

You know they played up these scenes for effect, but you captured it perfectly! Great job, Ho!
Um, I'm not sure that's all entirely accurate. I know that Carisa is probably a lot to deal with, but Carl does NOT listen to her or show her any respect, and never has really. The perfect example is what happened with the dining room.
I think that "Diva of the Week" should have been given to Carl. Or both of them together - they seem to be like an old married couple at this point who fight and bicker and fight and bicker...
I'm surprised Carl's ears didn't start to bleed halfway through the episode.
I do think that Matt's “Like, bargain shopping – that’s not what I do.” would have put him in running for Diva of the week.
